Self-Confidence! The two words, that always demand more.
We often hear people saying have faith in yourself, trust your instinct and do whatever you feel is right for you. By saying all this, people eventually point towards increasing one's self confidence. Of course! at times people ruin the tiniest bit of confidence you have got.
Self-Confidence is more demanding in reality. Not every concept explained is books is easily applicable to the reality of Life. The real life concepts are to be tested several times before concluded anything out of it. Every outcome for every individual is different, because not everyone is going through the same situation.
Self-Confidence is built once you actually start motivating yourself and telling your self everyday that You Can Do It, despite of all the odds that come in the way. Probably that's the way, you build your self confidence. Let me give you an example to help you understand better.
You are a fresher in a very big firm. You are chosen to be a part of one of the biggest projects of the company. Since, you are a fresher people may assume that you may have very less experience in that particular field against the one's who have now worked for several years. When you are working as a team, every single opinion matters, every single one and that's the best time to prove yourself as well as the team that you are capable of way better things written on your Resume or CV. That's the first step where you believe in yourself because of which you were able to give your opinion for that particular task. Let's suppose, you did not give any suggestions or opinions and agreed with what everyone else finalised, that made you the same person chasing the same thing in the road full of thousands of people.
Self-Confidence on the other hand lets you distinguish between these two things. As I mentioned earlier, it is hit and trial method. The more you take charges of your own actions, the more you learn and the more you grow and start to believe in yourself. Don't be worried if you made a decision, the outcome didn't come as expected but also at the same time take full charge of your actions. This will not only help you to accept your mistakes also it will allow you to selflessly work upon yourself and also guide others, struggling with any issues.
That might seem a difficult road at first, but the more consistent you are on that road, the more confident you become with coming years.
So, believe in yourself and take complete charge of any decision you make. It may go wrong at times, but will eventually yield good personality.
Thank you!
