Where ever we are in our lives. Whatever characters we all are playing. Whatever dreams and ambitions we have or how busy we all are in our day to day life but ultimately we all need some peace and rest at the end of the day. We usually get that proper recharge to our body while we sleep. Yes, Sleep is the most important part of the human system.
See there are a lots of benefits of sleep but the amount of relaxation that you get while sleeping depends upon the quality of the sleep not the quantity. Yes you may have seen that despite sleeping for 7-8 hours you sometimes still feels sleepy, tired & exhausted. It is due to lack of quality sleep. Therefore quality is always preffred over quantity. And to improve the quality of our sleep, “Yog-Nidra” is one such method that you can practice.
I am listing here some of the positive effects of a good quality sleep :
See now a days in this fast paced and busy life we all at some points have compromised the quality as well as quantity of our sleep. And because of that we are developing more psychological problems in our day to day life. So to handle this issue we all need a self sufficient method with no side effects so that we can live our life to its fullest.
One such method to improve the quality of our sleep is “Yog-Nidra” which I too am practising for about 2 months now. Here I am going to share some of the positive effects of Yog-Nidra on me that I am observing now a days :
Although it's only 2 months for me doing this practice but still I am able to register these positive changes though not very strongly but yes they are happening for sure. I am hopeful with it in coming future.
