"About My Meditation Experience"

Hello lovely people, I hope you all are doing great in your life. I am Vibhu & today through this blog I am going to take you all to My Journey of Guided Meditation and I will share, show & make you experience whatever I felt or rather am feeling these days while I am practicing guided meditation. I will try to be as simple as I can while explaining this, so lets begin.

What is Meditation?

If I have to tell you in simple words about meditation I would say β€œIt is the state of mind where you can actively pause all the disturbances & make yourself calm & relaxed”. In this method you can by yourself or in guidance switches off all the external as well as internal chaos and goes into deep state of relaxation. 

What is Guided Meditation?

Although meditation has its immense benefits but it is also a kind of powerful tool that needs a precise & guided method for the better effectiveness. If not done in proper way it may result in some irreplaceable damages especially to the mind & nervous system. But not to worry because now a days in world of media you can easily get a video, stream or read to guide yourself & meditate.

Benefits of Meditation :

  1. Maintained Blood Pressure.
  2. Decreased mental stress.
  3. Increase in memory power.
  4. Increase in concentration.
  5. Quick decision making.
  6. Controlled Anger.
  7. Relief in eye pain & headache.
  8. Helps in sound sleep.
  9. Maintains sense organs.
  10. Immunity development.

Best time for meditation?

Well there is no such time best for meditation, but a fixed schedule for doing it would always be best. So, you can practice it in the morning after finishing your workout, yoga routine. Best would be after bath, as after yoga & exercise body become restless. So take a break and after bath, practice meditation. You can also do it in evening or even two times a day. It all depends on your time & will. A place where less sound heard would be the best for it.

My Experience of Meditation :

I performs Sadhguru's Isha Kriya Guided Meditation about which you can search on Youtube or I will bring a blog about that soon. Without taking much time let me tell you my experiences in pointers :

  • As it is easy but very intense and effective process it took me 3-4 initial days to get into its mood.
  • After that I started doing it two times a day as suggested.
  • Sooner my restlessness, over thinking & anger started disappearing within 26 days of practice.
  • My day time activities started improving & I started sleeping early and waking up in morning time regularly.
  • I also felt that my decision making and work capacity improved a little within 36 days of meditation.
  • My motivation to do any work is increasing day by day. That's why I started writing blogs which is my all time favorite work. I also started some other activities about which I will tell you soon.
  • I am also keeping a record about what are the positive changes I am experiencing (like positivity, enthusiasm & high moral etc) & also at which day of meditation so that I can share it with you all.

These are some legitimate changes that I am feeling now, there are some more but I will update about them after a long time practice of this meditation.
