RAGI COCONUT KHEER:

let's start our preparation with one of the millets (ragi)

Ingredients:

  • Ragi-¼ cup
  • Coconut Milk-50 ml
  • Cashew Powder-1/4tsp
  • Almond Powder-¼ tsp
  • Ghee-½ tsp
  • Water-100ml
  • small amount of jaggery  

preparation :

step 1:

Take a Kadai, add ghee, then add ragi flour to it and saute it well 

Step 2:

Now add water, mix well, make sure no lumps are formed to it, and let it boil 

Step 3:

Now add  Cashew Powder, Almond Powders and mix well 

Step 4:

Let it cook for 5 minutes without lumps  and add a small amount of jaggery for a sweet taste (as per the taste )

Step 5:

now add coconut milk and let it cook for 5 minutes on a simmering flame 

now switch off the flame and garnish with dry fruits (almond, cashew, pista  grated pieces ) now ready to  eat

Take one fresh coconut cut into 2 pieces now extract inside the coconut shell now take one glass of water  in a jar with coconut mix them well and take a juice extractor to extract the juice  the coconut milk is ready
