hi friends today the tasty Andhra chicken fry  recipe and I hope you will enjoy this blog

this is the most commonly prepared Sunday recipe in almost every household in Andhra Pradesh

Spicy chicken fry that tastes amazing. Great as an appetizer and this spicy chicken fry makes a great appetizer. Totally addictive. This chicken fry turns out so juicy and delicious. I made this a couple days back and it was a total hit.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • salt as needed
  • 50 grams yogurt
  • 3 sprigs curry leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup roasted cashew nuts optional
  • 2 green chilies:
  • turmeric
  • mint leaves

preparation:

heat oil in a pan and fry onions until they turn gold take it on a separate plate not take another blow Add chicken, yogurt, gram masala, coriander masala,  chili powder, turmeric pinch, ginger garlic paste, and add fried onions and some amount of oil, and amount of salt mix them well keep in refrigerator until 1 hour then take a pan heat oil and add now take out the marination keep cooking in medium flame and add little bit water and so cook until it comes to dry and then add half lemon to the dish and turn it of garnish with coriander and mint leaves and fried cashew

NOTE:

tips to cook chicken very tasty way

  • first, wash the chicken with a pinch of turmeric and salt one time and wash again with fresh water until blood goes 
  • use the best cooking oil example: sunflower oil
  • use the iron pan for the benefit of health
  • TAKE only homemade masalas for the best taste 
  • use fresh yogurt while marination 
  • here I used boneless chicken thighs  will result in more juicy chicken 
  • the lemon is used to get rid of the chicken smell and also can use vinegar but for health try to use only lemon
  • don't add coriander and mint leaves before the dish add them only in the middle of the dish 
  • ginger garlic paste should be in half mix don't make it fine paste
