Food That Will Help You To.... (Part -1)

 So I'm going to write a series of articles on which in each article I will be focused on a certain type of goal and what kind of food you should eat to achieve that kind of goal so in this article, my goal is to write foods that will help you to keep you energetic throughout the day so in this article, I'm going to tell you about some food that you should eat in your daily life that will help you to keep the energetic whole day 

now it's not necessary that you should only eat bread you should eat anything that is made up of wheat because wheat we'll give you a high source of energy and if you eat anything that is made up from wheat in the morning it will be beneficial to your health also and will keep you energetic throughout the day so if you are an Indian you should eat food like chapati which is made up from wheat so which will give you energy throughout the day if you eat it in the morning and if you don't have chapati you can eat anything like wheat bread or something like that so basically you should eat something that is made up from it that will give you a great start to your day and you will be energetic throughout you're day. 

now apple is a fruit which we everyone know I'm sure that everyone has eaten apple once in their lifetime because apple is easily available and it is ready to go fruit you don't have to do anything to eat it protecting your bag or in your pocket and you have to go you can eat it on the way so eating an apple is not necessary you should eat an apple in breakfast you can eat apple anytime whether you are working or cooking something you can eat an apple while doing that work and apple great source that gives you lots of energy and if you eat an apple you will feel the energy to your day you should at least eat one apple in the whole day

now protein bars are one of the greatest sources of energy which will be very good food for you should not eat the fruit in watts in the heavy amount you should eat only two to three protein bars in a day and protein bar as it says in the name they have a lot of protein in their self so eating protein bar dinner day is very good for your health and will not fit tired through your day and you will feel very energetic till the end of the day and I will recommend you to eat protein bar once in a day or if you don't want to eat it just eat other foods as I've suggested like an apple or something.
