Hellooo guys, Happy weekend to everyone! Keep enjoying this weekend with delicious food. Here I come with one topic, which I mentioned above.

Let's go to our topic.

During our younger years, it was always tough to say yes, whatever it was. Yes to learning, yes to society's demands, yes to our parents, yes to our teachers and professors, yes to unwanted things, yes to unliked things. When we say no, we need to say no because we want to, not because society wants us to.

Say no to people who are all close to you with bad intentions.

Say no to something that you actually don't like.

Say no to people who are all saying unwanted things. Some people find it difficult to say no. At that time, we might say, "I'm sorry, I can't right now but will let you know when I can". I think this approach is polite.

If someone can't say no without knowing your feelings, then you know that he or she is probably not your true friend or doesn't respect you.

Saying no for our safety is not a bad approach. For many people, saying no is packed with guilt. Maybe you are afraid of disappointing someone. This is a normal thing that every person feels. But it's not good for our lives.

Another reason we find it difficult to say no is if we doubt ourselves. You feel like you are not good enough to do the role.

There is a huge difference between saying no to someone and being selfish. Getting bogged down by other people's issues while not achieving our own goal is not a good thing. It's much worse than not helping.

We all only suffer for others feelings and thoughts and fail to respect our own.

Saying no allows us to choose where we put our time and energy; it allows us to focus on giving it to the people and parts of our lives that really deserve it.

If you feel guilty about saying no, then you can move on to these ideas.

I think you are right, but as of now I'm busy, or I'm afraid of that.

It doesn't fit in my schedule.

I won't be able to help this time.

For many people-pleasers, unpacking the roots of why saying "no" is so difficult is a key to breaking the habit.

We have to say no in our professional and personal lives to things that feel unwanted. I will say yes to prevent me from forcing someone or something.
