How To Loose Weight And Maintain Health In This Lockdown!

Hello there!! 

As we all are here again with the lockdown, maintaining the body becomes a major task again!

But there's nothing to worry! Yes!  When at home you should just follow some steps so that you atleast dont put on more weight!

Everyone wants to look healthy and fit.

Some steps to be followed are-.                 1. Track your food 🥦 - Do no eat more than required. Reduce the oily and junk foods.

2. Excercise🏋️ - Zumba dance for ladies and simple workout or yoga for the males can do wonders.

3. Proper diet 🍱-  Make sure you have a balanced diet. Have more FRUITS.

4. Be Active 🏋️- Dont just increase your screen time. Be active and keep moving so that your fats does not store and therefore you do not gain extra weight.

5. Do not skip breakfast 🥛- Breakfast is one of the major meal. Have good breakfast like cereals with fruits and nuts..the best breakfast option you can give your body!!

These are some ways to keep your body healthy and fit. In this lockdown when we are actually not having a proper physical exercise it becomes difficult to have a good health.

Good health is very important as we have various diseases  coming up everyday and effecting our health. Maintanence of our health is the key to wealth as all of us know that “Health is Wealth”. In this pandemic situation we are more aware of this that good health can cure any disease and therefore we should look after our body and health.

Everyone wants to be healthy amd stay fit. Food plays a major role in this. The proper intake of food can completely change your health. It not only promotes good health but also it promotes good skin. 

Ahh! Good skin! As good skin is all the females want! They should make sure they have a good diet including all the greens and proteins which includes good skin and also good hair.

This is what most of the females actually want! Right? 

So this lockdown when all of us are at home working from home and having ample time for our health lets get fit together and stay safe at the time! 

Isn't it so exciting? To have a fit and good figure.. it actually makes us more confident and also increases the self power in us to stand right in a crowd with confidence! So what are you thinking guys!?

Get out of your bed in this lockdown and lets get fit together and make our bodies healthy in this lockdown!!
