Anxiety, depression, and insomnia have become very common especially due to the current state of the pandemic. These problems are common in people of all age groups. Some are losing their loved ones, some are losing their jobs or career and much more. In such a situation it is very difficult to fight with anxiety and depression but it is called living. So, here !! I'm gonna discuss some mind relaxing activities that you all should try to get your mind relaxed.

โ—ผ๏ธ Meditation: This activity is at the top of the list when it comes to finding ways to relax and unwind. This practice is so simple and anyone can practice it and plus you can practice it anywhere, anytime. Some of the common elements in meditation includes: focused attention, deep breathing, a peaceful or quiet environment and most importantly let all your thoughts pass through your mind. Try and practice to feel the inner peace and let all your stress wipe away.

โ—ผ๏ธ Reading: It has been found in various researches that a continuous habbit of reading can relax your mind and body because while reading your mind is focused, your heart beats at a relaxed pace and then the tension in your body muscles is reduced. In my view it's a kind of meditation to stay calm and relaxed. It leads to cut down your attention from your problems and let you to immerse you into yourself i.e. allows you to escape and immerse into inner peace. 

โ—ผ๏ธ Gardening: Planting a beautiful garden has clearly shown a positive impact and an effective stress buster. Adapting such hobbies can give you the opportunity to connect with nature or to connect with the roots of our existence. The beautiful garden plants, flowers are a kind of great stress buster in itself and are a perfect place to practice some other mind relaxing activities such as meditation and reading. It's a kind of spiritual healing.

โ—ผ๏ธJust try to improve your daily routine activities. Try to get a good sleep try to get up early and take a walk. Eat a healthy diet, drink more water. Spend time with your dear ones. Try to keep a positive attitude even in adversity.

โ—ผ๏ธNow I'm tell you about my own way to esacpe stress and anxiety. I'm an introvert and usually I don't feel sharing my issues or problems with others. In such a case, I simply take a pen and paper, write down all my feelings, issues there and after finishing I just tear off that paper and throw it away. This stupidity gives me time to understand my problems on my own. You should definitely try this at once.
