Yesterday, in a blissful morning
I saw an awesome view from my window
I saw a toddler, trying to stand up
On his feet again and again stumbling, falling and wounding himself
he was doing the best he could to get up on his feet
His mother sitting beside him, to try once more,
He fell on his butt and I felt a pang in my heart
Ohh the lil boy !!
It must have hurt a lot
But the lil warrior didn't gave up, he tried again
with tears glistening in his doe eyes,
After many trails,
After stumbling, falling, getting up
eventually he stood up with trembling feet.
A toothy smile in his tired face like a full moon in dark nights.
His feet were shaking by the weight of his body
But he stoop up there like a Lion with the pride,
While enjoying the view
This is how life is. Isn't it? I thought !
Ohh yes it is.
Just like a toddler,
We too fall down many times and eventually stand up
When we don't give up.
But not everyone has
Courage to standup,
Despite the number of time they fall down,
And those who has,
Surely fly like a phoenix from the ashes.
We will continue to rise
as long as the sky turn red;
as long as the ocean become me
as long as I watch myself becomingโฆ..
we will continue to rise
even if you pull me down
even if they tear out our heart
even if you fear my strength.
We will still rise on our death bed along with pink flowers ,
white orchids, and black butterflies.
Truth is what hurts you today will build you tomorrow.
So in our life also there will be so many things hurt us,
that will be more painful and,
Aches of hearts despite
the agony that brings blood and turns it cold; sometimes blocked.
Suffocated underneath the soul,
it haunts because it hurts so wrong.
Today, if it wasn't known,
Today if it wasn't comfort you till the crystal of heart turns rocks.
Till the crystals of heart turns you choked.
Because truth today known, might hurt;
Kill from within and suffocate a lot,
but tomorrow you'll gain the strength to overcome it all, because you know.
And the skies of stars seem to lighten, that once stayed blue and dark.
"Truth is what hurts you today will build you tomorrow"
