What is self improvement?

Self improvement is the improvement of one's personality, knowledge or character by his or her own efforts. this is the activity of learning new things on your own that makes us a skilled or able person. 

There are many activities which can make us a well self improved person. so today i will discuss about those activities which can make us a well-being. there is always something about us we can improve on. so we should continously looking for the ways to self improve. 

There are few ways through which we can improve as follows:

  1. Leveling up our skills -  leveling up means gaining experience, as we know in any game we have to increase our levels for going to other targets and which leads us to gain more and more experience. so its as same as leveling up our skills.
  2. Learning a new laguage - In india, hindi is our national language but we should also learn other languages so that it could improve our personalities or it could increase our skills too. languages like english, chinese or different state language. we should always learn new languages.
  3. Read everyday - the habit of reading is the best quality a person can posses. books can be a good friend of a person. so every person should develop the habit of reading. it could also helps us to self improve.
  4. Pick up a new hobby - learning something new is a good experience. learning a new hobby can also be a recreational hobby.
  5. Overcoming our fears - it is impossible to think clearly when you are in any anxiety or fear. so we should always overcome our fears.
  6. Wake up early - waking up early is a good habit, it can improve our personality and day to day activities. so we should also develop the habit of waking up early it plays a vital role in our self improvement. it is very advantageous for our personal as well as professional lives. so we should always wake up early in the morning.
  7. Having exercise routine - exercising is also a best workout for our body, it increase the flow of blood in our body or muscles so we should always have the habit or routine of exercise. it also helps in improving our personality.
  8. Identify your blind spots - it means that we should always be aware of those things about ourselves which our eyes are not capable of seeing. we should always discover our blind spots.                  There are many more ways to improve ourselves or to self improvement. so we should always take care of our self improvement
