Healthy Food And Junk Food: Effects On Our Body

Hey guys, today i would like to talk about our diet. Healthy food as well as junk food. As we know, that now a days, junk food has become our habbit but we have to change this habit. so i will explain about merits and demerits of healthy food and junk food. so here we go,

Healthy foods are the foods which contains nutrients as well as vitamins, minerals and proteins which are much important for our body to be fit and healthy.

whereas junk foods are the foods which contain fats and also do not have any nutritional value in them.

When we eat variety of food in which there are nutrients which maintain our health and give us energy as well as provide minerals, nutrients which are essential for our body. So we should eat more and more healthy foods.

Here, are some information about how we can make our body fit by eating healthy food and why we should avoid eating junk food.

we should follow a proper diet as everyone should able to keep their body healthy and fit and due to this there should always be use of good and nutritional food in their diet. for example, the vegetables, fruits and nuts. the vegetables should be cooked well and they should always be fresh. 

Everybody should include a well balanced diet breakfast as their should be proper eating. 

Now the junk foods are very good in taste but these have many health effects to our body as they may leads to my diseases such as increase body fat or cholesterol etc. The main problem is obesity which is caused due to over eating of these junk foods. 

Junk foods like momos, pizza, burger and pastas these are very good to taste but these are not good for digestion. they may cause many intestinal problems.

The person who already have any intestinal or any other problem they should avoid these foods. because these foods also increase our calorie level in our body. Not only pizza, burger, momos etc. there are many foods which are hazards for our health but now a days, children are addicted to such type of food. All the people should avoid these foods because they can cause a vast effect to our body. 

Our diet should be proper it should contain energy which is the essential need of our body. everyone should eat these junk food in a month or on a function or a party not on their daily basis.

Like you said, you should avoid junk food or just consume them less frequently. I myself used to eat a lot of Junk and within 2-3 weeks I bloated up by 11KG's. It look me some time and some small habit changes to get back from the Junk. Nice post.
