Ragi porridge
Things needed:
3 tsp -ragi powder, 250 ml- milk, 2 -dates, 3- almonds, pinch of salt, half tsp jaggery (optional) , grated coconut- 2 tps, cardamom -2 pods
Method
In a pan, ragi powder roast it for 2 minutes. Turn off the stove and add 2 tsp of ragi powder, stir completely without any lumps. Now turn on the stove ,add dates ,jaggery,salt ,cardamom . Let it boil and when it acquires cream consistency . Turn off stove and add almond(finely chopped) and grated coconut.
For babies
skip cardamom, jaggery, salt, coconut, and almond powder.
Over night oats
Things needed
5 tsp oats, milk 120ml, 2 almonds, walnut 2 , chia seeds 1 tsp,
Method
This one very easy and simple, we just need add everything in box and mix well and refrigerator overnight.
For babies
We grind everything into powder and add milk and cook it for 2 minutes and serve
Nuts juices
Things required
Almond -2 nos , walnut-2 nos, cashew-2, , dates -3 nos, pista -3 nos.
Method
Just add all ingredients into a blender and blend into a smooth paste and it is Ready to drink. Babies also can eat this.
Veggy pancakes
Things needed
Onion, carrot, beetroot, chill, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, besan flour.
Method
Grate all veggies and add egg, salt and pepper powder as required. Mix well and start making small pancakes in a tawa. Babies can also eat this.
Sprouts salad
things needed
sprouted green gram, onions, tomato, coriander leaves, salt, pepper, few drops of lime juice.
Method
Soak green gram for 4 hours then transfer to container ,then sprouts are ready. Add finely chopped onions, Tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt, pepper and a sprinkle some lime juice mix well and ready to eat.
If you didn't like the raw taste of sprouts then boil it softly and do the same method for better taste.
For babies
Pressure cook sprouted green gram few cumin and garlic. Mash everything into a smooth Puree. Now ready to feed your baby.
All these recipes are really easy tasty and healthy.all these are also used as diet food for weight loss. Since these are healthy , I made some modifications for babies in recipes so babies also can eat same healthy food. All these recipes are really and hardly takes ten minutes make this.
