So let's talk why population control is necessary?

every one needs modernization, construction and updation of oneself. We are progressing in every direction. But incase of population control we are not thinking and the largest defaulters of this is the minors who don't care about anything just popping out a baby each year. The population growth is directly related to the country's development and future of those minorities and people.

The consequences if neglected.

It will directly hamper the land, farm and areas to live in. Those living in big house today will tend to move in small houses as the population increases rapidly. It will also affect food supplies, jobs, unemployment, and illiteracy rate.

The main factors that can help slow down population.

The important role is of “Education”. Education plays a massive important role as it can help understand the ways to stop population and we need to educate the minors about sex education and the use of condoms or contraceptive pills to prevent unwanted pregnancy.

Ways to prevent population in a country :-

1. Contraception.
2. Abortion.
3. Adoption of children.
4. Sterilization.
5. One or two child policy.
6. Small family policy.
7. War.
8. Emigration.
9. Vasectomy.
10. Tubectomy.  

What are the important elements that can help change it.

Its the literacy rate, we need to at least give educations to the minor people or the parents while in a group or by taking help of NGO's or the local ruling parties. We can see many new born child are being found in the dustbin or outside a unknown house or near the sewage canals why is that so ever we had thought of this why is there new born being thrown away. Its because the education people love to have have sex but doesn't know about the protection of it that causes a newbies to have babies and it results to abortion or throwing away of them.

Is there any laws to control population?

Yes there is a bill that has been passed recently in the state of Uttar Pradesh to stabilize the growth of unnecessarily population in the state. The bill will be produced in the forth coming assembly election in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It states the the person or the parents who has more than 2 children's will not be capable of achieving a govt job in the state.
