Nowadays we all are so busy in daily life that all of us have forgotten about our health moreover we are just busy making ourselves perfect.. first of all, nobody is perfect, we all have some faults inside us but that doesn't mean that we are not good enough. “some are successful while some are not”... AHHA if you think that the line above is correct then you get it wrong because we all are successful but indifferent, we just need to rectify the kind passion or profession you are truly interested in or good then see the results...
People have a habit of comparing themselves with others in all kinds of aspects be it a student, normal people, or professional workers; like for example if a student doesn't get good marks, they start provoking themselves that “I'M A FAILURE, CAN'T DO ANYTHING, I WILL FAIL MY PARENTS AND WHAT NOT" and same goes with office or normal people if they can't complete some task on time, fails in something which is not a big deal then they also feel that they are not capable of anything, start calling themselves losers or indirectly all have a habit of demotivating oneself in small things which can be resolve after hard work, patience, continuous practice… In this world nothing is impossible, it is rightly said that: there is no word impossible rather it is I'm possible in all ways!
So when u feel you are stuck in a rut, then first appreciate yourself, stop thinking negative about yourself and start with what you like if you are not able to do something then calm yourself and think of your goals ur, dreams, make your dreams realistic and to make yourself successful just follow few steps:-
Remember for what you started, then surely you get the best results, as there is saying which is widely used between us:- SABAR KA FAAL METHA HOTA HAI i.e [persevarnces pays].
