Hello everyone! this is the last part of the blog "Action will destroy your procrastination" hope you enjoy.

To avoid online distraction, use a programme or browser add-on.
Keep your attention by removing the potential to squander time online. There are several programmes available for both Windows and Mac computers. Set a timer before you browse on time-wasting websites and return to work when the timer goes off.

[1] Try Freedom for all devices and OS systems.

[2] Self-Control for Mac allows you to block a list of websites when you're supposed to be working. And it's completely free!

[3] Choose Cold Turkey for Windows. It is free, however the main features need a one-time subscription of about $20.

[4] Choose Stay Focused for Chrome browsers or Leech Block for Firefox for free choices.

If necessary, remove your phone from the area.
Keep your phone out of sight to keep it out of mind. If you can't stand the thought of being in the same room as something that will entice you, move it to another room or turn it off. This also applies to other devices, such as iPads, Kindles, and desktops.

[1] If you must keep your phone on for family or professional reasons, switch off all notifications except texts and/or phone calls.

Make a to-do list to help you create goals.
Make a list of all the chores you need to do.[16] The list should contain both short-term chores that you must complete on a daily and weekly basis, as well as long-term goals that may take months or even years to achieve. Seeing it written out can help you plan out the numerous tasks required to achieve all of your objectives.

[1] Make a list of everything. Even if you save all of your other lists on your phone, from grocery lists to birthday wishes, don't keep this one. The act of writing down your tasks is essential for planning how to do them.

Set timeframes for different goals and prioritise them.
Schedule your time with a planner. Make a daily or weekly list of short-term tasks with deadlines for each item. Set long-term goals deadlines by include them in monthly postings.

[1] In your planner, write down everything you need to do. Assume your final biology project is due on Friday. Allow at least three nights to complete it. Before you depart for vacation, you should also go to the drugstore and get a new toothbrush and vitamins. Do this on Thursday evening. You'll also be taking the SAT in a month, so practise vocabulary for at least three hours this week.

[2] Try adopting a system like the Eisenhower Box to efficiently prioritise your duties. Essentially, you divide everything you have to do into four categories: chores that must be completed immediately, tasks that can be completed later (or postponed), duties that can be outsourced to someone else, and things that aren't necessary and may be removed. The strength of this method is that it works effectively not just with jobs that must be completed in a single day, but also with longer durations, such as weeks or months.
