Pandemic situation is getting worse day by day, even though you're making yourself feel safe, somewhere this isn't making high. Some, having a thought that mask alone can protect you, this is absolutely mythical. Some, might have a thought for something else. Keep it in your mind, what ever the prevention you take should be completely full. 

Try to stay at home, unless it is very much important to check out. Wear you mask properly, might have the atleast 10 percent chances of prevention. Use a sanitizer. Social distancing is important. 

Above all this your immunity plays a key role. Your body should have the ability to fight back with the virus, if it affects you, for this tou need to boost up your immunity . Here are the foods that  are healthy enough and keeps you boosted.

  1. Flax seeds, pumpkin seeds: These are rich in boosting up, which are filled with iron, protein, nutrients, Omega-3( also helps you maintain your weight), dietary factors, rich source of ligens and can also reduce the risk of cancer. You can also add them in your regular recipies making them in the form of a powder like how you add salf and chilli powder, infacts that also improves the taste.
  2. Turmeric: turmeric acts as an antiseptic and also contains antibacterial properties which helps you to fight the bacteria or any virus that enters you body. I works effectively in many ways when you consume it by mixing 1 spoon in the milk you consume, thall will also help you reduce cold an cough gradually, while you're suffering.
  3. Yogurt: It contains lactobacillus which helps in fighting any kind of bacteria that enters your body.
  4. Ginger, garlic, cinnamon.
  5. You can also consume fish and eggs which are highly rich inprotein and it also contains omega-3
  6. Fruits are a best part of this, they contain vitamin-c which is essential for your body. It also plays a key role in boosting your immunity, lemon is a rich source and a very good booster, it also plays many other roles in your food if you include it in your diet.
  7. Leafy vegetables should be added to you diet, atleast one part of your meal should contain either leafy veggies or meat, this is to be consumed reguraly not something like when you're unwell or only during this pandemic situation.
  8. Immunity booster drinks can also play a key role, if you think you cannot consume healthy food all the time.
  9. Make sure you maintain a healthy diet including all these elements. Health is wealth as you all know. Stay safe, hydrated and healthy.
