“Technology” now the question comes. “what is technology”? and many of the answers that i hear are

1. Technology is our destroyer as emerging technology is harmful for nature for ex. 5g towers kill birds. And according to my personal opinion i am not sure about 5g but in other ways it affects our nature
2. Technology is our helping hand as in the situation of covid-19 the technology i.e. I.T. sector has helped much for example online classes. If you are a student and reading this then you can relate. Comment down “yes” if you can relate. In this My opinion is that first of all everything in this world ends. And so covid-19 will also end. Second thing is technology has helped us and it is truth. Earlier you didn't have your personal assistant. “GOOGLE”
3. Technology is a tool. Using this tool we can achieve success or we can go broke.

so these were the most common answers that I have heard. Comment down your answer so that If I touch this topic again then I can include your answer with your name. 

Now comes my turn, according to me technology is something that have different meanings and opinions. It cannot be defined in a single sentence unless you ask from your personal assistant.

Your personal assistant will say something like this “the branch of knowledge dealing with engineering or applied sciences”

2nd definition (from google): the application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes, especially in industry

3rd definition: machinery and equipment developed from the application of scientific knowledge.

So how many of you agree with these statements and which one? According to me neither 1 is correct nor 2 and 3 is also incorrect. why?

Technology don't only deal with the engineering or applied science it is used in communication too. Example (messaging, video calls, voip etc.)

It is not only application of knowledge as you can see even an illiterate person operating phone. Which means use of technology is convenient so higher studies or science study is not required

Technology do not contain only machinery or equipment. Tell me in the comment. Internet is a machine? or equipment.

This was the definition of technology in simple words “anything that help us in our work, easy to use, grows like a tree and much other work. is technology” I don't know how this definition looks like but it is enough to understand the meaning. Now we have understood the meaning now comes the turn of “TIME BEFORE TECHNOLOGY AND TIME AFTER TECHNOLOGY”

Time before technology:

time before technology here means the time when there were no phones, towers, computer and other sort of material. There were many drawbacks but also there were some of the good things that are missing today. 

1. Trees - The most important thing or we can say the gift from “MOTHER EARTH”. Trees which provide us with the essentials for life like fruit, medicine, wood etc. Here I missed the most important thing i.e. “oxygen”. Without oxygen it is impossible to survive. 
2. Food - That time food was pure and made at home , food included 50% of the products which were made from milk. Like curd, ghee , lassi and other. Earlier the pizzas were not known. Not in India I am sure.
3. Family time - Earlier people used to work hard and after that spend time with family. Son never thrown out parents from home. Children liked to play in the grounds. Children never opposed their parents.
4. Life  -  Before technology people used to live with new ideas and imagination but at present most of the people have locked their minds with the lock named “Digital distraction”. People are getting addicted day to day

These were the most important things as we cannot live without trees, food, and we are here to live life so 4th point was necessary to include and 3rd point I added because there is no life without family.

Time after technology:

1. Trees - Trees are cut down daily for the growth and expansion
2. Food - Junk food has occupied the place of health and natural food products. Technology has helped in it by offering us the applications like zomato, swiggy, which made our reach more easier.
3. Family time - No need to explain this because today at present the conditions are different and the family time has vanished like “mr.india" 
4. Life - People are becoming addicted to technology and here the fault is not of the technology. We can't blame technology because we have examples of people who have used the technology for a change. Like  - JEFF BEZOS(founder of amazon). It's the choice of people how they like to use technology. In their favor or against them.

These were the most important things that technology has taken. For 1st point we can blame technology but for 2nd , 3rd , 4th point we are responsible ourselves. 

Let's talk about the general advantages and disadvantages that you have often heard and seen. The upper content was to point out the main points and to spread awareness. This writing alone can't help but “Every journey starts with first step”

ADVANTAGES:)

1. Technology has brought in opportunities for everyone.
2. Technology made human work easier and we are able to focus on main projects.
3. Technology has replaced the hassle of (messaging with the help of pigeons, going for shopping physically and much more.)
4. Technology has opened the way for human evolution 
5. Technology saves our most important asset = “TIME" 

Although there are more advantages but as you all know these so i mentioned here only 5

DISADVANTAGES:(

1. Technology has brought opportunities but it is becoming the destroyer of human mind and nature.
2. Technology made human work easier. But instead of focusing on main projects. People prefer to scroll feed.
3. Technology has replaced the hassle of messaging due to which at present girls are feeling unsafe on social media as it takes only seconds to text to anyone.
4. Technology opened the way for human evolution but it has opened the way for animals destruction too.
5. Technology saves our time but the baby of technology takes our time that is “Social media” 

Here i want to clear out some points. First of all the humans are the main reason for destruction, their decisions decide what is their future. Technology is increasing but it has no emotional intelligence so with the use of technology there comes a great thing that is “RESPONSIBLITY” 

One thing that is common is “PEOPLE DECISIONS PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE” so how can we make decisions that will work in our favor instead against ourselves?

1. Use technology for growth purposes. Do watch good things. Use technology for saving the upcoming important projects. Use technology to have a great start for your passion
2. Avoid useless and wasteful practices like watching porn and other sort of mess.
3. Avoid wasting hours on social media and please avoid making a 15 second video of lipsing that doesn't take you anywhere. I am talking about tik tok and other short videos. Show your talent instead of making a lipsing video and wasting hours on it.
4. Get out of your comfort zone and use the technology with all your senses and understand your responsibility.

If you have read my last blog then i talked about river. It contains water and mud both so it is our choice what we take out  “ water or mud”. 

So we can conclude that technology is that weapon which can be used for two purposes “growth and destruction” and both are done for ourselves. we can use this weapon for our growth and also we can use this weapon for our destruction. 

In this blog i have touched the important points. I have not written like anyone else because you have your personal assistant to show you content which have similar writing.
