Hi friends, last week had a very good time, hope so, will get a very good support this week also and also in the upcoming weeks. Since, the appraisal process is nearing, not finding the right content to blog and when I get a good content, I am not getting the right time to write. Sometimes, we may boast ourselves having a lot of talent and skillsets, everyone in this world is talented in some way or the other, but some talents are hardly getting any recognition. May be they are outdated, as their talents are replaced now a days because of the development in technology.

Now a days, even before learning basic lessons, the kids and higher secondary students knows a lot. I learnt my first coding when I was in the first year of college, now a days we see a lot of kids learning coding when they are hardly 8 or 9 years old. Many people have decided the future is mostly lies within the Information technology field and starting to prepare them as warriors from very early age. There is nothing wrong in that. But, we being experienced facing a very tough time in office work, we are not guaranteed about a bright future, when our technology becomes outdated, we are seen as trash basically.

Of course, we have a lot of learning opportunities currently and there is no limit for learning but when a person is comfortable doing  a particular work in a particular technology and suddenly he is asked to move to a new one which is not familiar to them, it is always difficult. The memory power reduces, the tension and BP increases, at this stage a person cannot learn that easily. In the current scenario the inflation is killing people, in 10 years back a normal person can manage a family with a monthly income of 15000, now 30000 is not feeling enough to run a family, even after reducing the expenses. 

A lot of families struggled a lot during pandemic. So, there should be a proper system that ensures, even though the people are not getting enough hikes and the market is so competitive and demanding. But, we need to plan accordingly in such a way that even if we lose a job, we should have some back up to run the family by saving some part of the income.
