Heath is like the root of an individual’s body. If we don’t keep these roots in a good form, our body will be affected. Good health is necessary for good living. Good health needs to become a habit of an individual that should be adapted like any other habit, we can’t do without. Some good health habits include regular exercise, eating healthy, sleeping for a minimum eight hours, waking up early, etc.
There are a number of habits that vary from person to person. The basic motive of all these habits is to lead a good health that can support a sound mind and a sound body.
Note:Analyse the topic carefully. Build up points regarding the given topic, and elaborate them to convey it in a clear and communicative tone. Do not make any spelling mistakes. Try to be grammatically correct. Do not deviate from the topic and add relevant points only. To build a good vocabulary and to have a flawless knowledge of grammar, you should read a dictionary regularly.

*_Morning routine 🌄_*

-Brushing teeth very thoroughly for at least 2 minutes 

- Skin care routine every night

-Workout/exercise everyday

- Shower everyday and wash skin/hair

- Eat more fruits & vegetables and have smaller meals/B&

- Clean room a bit everyday

Spend less time on tech Spend more time outdoors!

Keep on top of your chores but don't let them take over your day

Keep smiling, as it boosts self esteem

Accept complements as they were given for a reason and there is

no reason to deny them - Hangout with non toxic/drama people and do yourself a favour #

- Replace cordial, soft drinks or any sugary drinks with water and make healthy smoothies too

Read at least 30mins a day! Don't ruin that amazing imagination of

yours!

- If you have an instrument then practice it everyday for about

30minutes if you can!

- Try and mostly replace video games for board games

- Focus on the good and not the bad side of things❤ - Tell your loved ones you love them regularly

- Start some random acts of kindness every week to boost your well                                                   i hope its helpful your daily life necessary
