Planning a day is very important. If you know what all you have to accomplish during a day, you can be better productive and achieve your goals easily.
So, today I will share how I plan and spend my day doing all the chores and duties assigned to me. I am a mother, a home maker, a writer, an influencer, an instagrammer and most importantly, a human. I also take calls from parents and children for online guidance.I have to take care of multiple things all through the day. If am unable to divide the time properly, I won't be able to complete anything.
I believe in the old saying of “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy and wise”. Hence am always rising early during weekdays. I keep morning lighter and lazier only during weekend. As I get up by 6:30 am, I have an entire list of things to do in my mind. But I choose to relax and spend some me time in the morning. Before the waking up of the family, I prefer to have a cup of tea with a relaxed mind and calmness. After tea, I meditate for while- it varies from 10 minutes to an hour, depending on the schedule of the day. Meditation freshens up my mind and makes me ready for anything.
Then as everyone starts waking up, and my children sit down for their online classes, I begin the kitchen task of preparing healthy breakfast for everyone. After that, I get ready and sit down in my desk. I have to write, create blogs, make videos, plan other things before lunch. After lunch, I begin my classes which I enrolled to add skills to my existing introduction. I study psychology and its various topics.
As the evening approaches, We turn off our gadgets and sit together for some time before dinner to talk about our day and take advise and share our thoughts with each other. Dinner is normally with the television and we either watch a movie or the Mahabharata epic. Approximately one hour of television and calls the end of the day.
We retire to our rooms, my children begin to study for a little more while, my husband continues to watch videos on his mobile and I prefer to read a book before going to bed. Reading gives me the benefit of going to another world and take time off the gadgets before going to sleep. This relax the eyes too. I read either suspense novels or motivating books. From a few pages to a few chapters depend on how interesting is the plot of it. Currently am reading “The Counte of Monte Cristo”. Will share its reviews too soon.
And by 11 pm, I call it a day- happy and satisfying. The battery is completely drained and need to close the eyes and go to dreamland to recharge it for the next day. It may sound boring to some, but for me it is good as it is very productive.
When the day is properly planned, we can find out time for everything, ranging from studies, hobbies, meeting and chilling with friends, going to market and some self-love too. we must plan but should be flexible sometimes in it. It will take a long time to make it a habit or lifestyle, but beginning shall be soon to achieve success.
