My first blog hello reader thank you for taking a time out to read my blog since its my first blog I wanted to talk about women empowerment in digitalized corporate era. 

Let me began this with the very interesting quote written by a great political leader from Peshawer, pakistan who was born in 1890 

Mr. Bacha khan

'' If you wish to know how civilized a culture is, look at how they treat it's women.

How liberal should one be in 18th century to write such quote in a male dominated era really wise of him. 

Work from home is giving Indian women the flexibility they have been waiting for.
It's not perfect. And it doesn't come with guaranteed equality. We all know there are several other aspects to be resolved. But it provides a possibility.
And what I know is women can find potential in various aspects.
This is why several women in the last 6 months have found faith in them and found jobs or started businesses that give them the flexibility they been waiting for.
And that is why RPG Group has seen a 15-20% jump in the number of job applications from women, edtech unicorn Eruditus witnessed the proportion of women in its workforce grow from 41% to 51% across levels after the pandemic.
Every dark cloud has a silver lining. This may have just been the one.
P.S this isn't only a win for women. Companies are lucky to have this new influx of talent.

And our country's GDP is going to be thankful for it in the years to come.
