Hi friends, ,hope all of my readers are fine. Let’s read an interesting blog. It's a quiet amazing one too. The blog is about how the terrible things that we do without other people's knowledge are truly positive routines .
How bad things we do without anyone seeing will become  good habits .
Let's go through to the blog .

Our habits shape who we are. Though we admit, forming positive habits isn’t always easy.Depending on whether they are healthy habits or bad habits, habits determine if we’re going to be happy or unhappy. Healthy or unhealthy. Tired or well-rested. Strong or weak. The power of habits is far-reaching. Habits shape our attitudes, actions, and decision-making abilities. And they affect every aspect of our lives. Many  of us have bad habits like biting our nails, procrastinating, or picking our nose. Although these habits are frowned upon in social settings, they may actually have some benefits for our overall well-being.

1.Nail Biting

Nail biting is a habit that is often viewed negatively. However, biting your nails can actually help reduce stress and anxiety. Repetitive movement and the sensation of biting something can provide relief. Also, some studies have found that nail biters are less likely to develop allergies due to exposure to germs and bacteria that come into contact with nails.
2. Nose picking

Another habit that is considered bad manners is the habit of nose picking. However, it actually removes debris and bacteria from the nasal passages, moisturises the nasal cavity, helps expel dust, dirt, and other particles we breathe in, and aids in mucus production.

3. Procrastination

Another habit that is often viewed negatively is procrastination. But some researchers have found that procrastination actually boosts creativity and productivity. Given a little extra time, we can come up with new ideas and solutions that we might not have thought of before. Also, procrastination can help build our willpower and self-control as we learn to manage our time more effectively.
It's important to remember not to use these benefits as an excuse to continue a bad habit. It is always advisable to consult a medical professional before making any decisions about your health. And it is important to consider the social aspect of these habits; it is more appropriate to do them in private.
Conclusion
Some habits that we think are bad may actually have some positive effects on our overall well-being. While it's important to be aware of the negative effects of certain habits, it's also important to remember that there can be some benefits as well.
