As the sun finally sets on this month, we are all looking at brand new month with hopes in our heart and dreams in our eyes. This year has been scary as any Halloween movies and ironically what a time to write being today, Halloween day itself.

In our Hindu religion whenever we start something new, we always seek blessing from Lord Ganesh who is also known to be remover of obstacles. Allow me to seek his blessing here before I start a new journey with Candlemonk.

This blog is my attempt to celebrate the writer within myself as the  people of Candlemonk as advertised. It will run parallel with my other blog, exploringavenues.wordpress which I was my first attempt to enter the world of blogging.

Life is nothing but process of self discovery and blogging has been very helpful in that journey. It helps in expressing oneself , sharing thoughts, reviews, ideas with the reader which I would usually maybe keep it to myself.

Thank you Candlemonk for providing us a platform to express oneself and giving a chance to learn blogging. Life is in itself a self discovery of one's own self as mentioned earlier. Life is to be enjoyed, it is to be lived fully and not to be lost in the cycle of rat race. To live fully has nothing to do with the length but has to do everything with its width. This blog is my way to live life to fullest and thankyou Candlemonk for it. Grateful to you indeed.

They have also given me the opportunity to turn my hobby to something more. This blog will provide the reader my exploration of different topics like food and fitness, trying out new thing, collection of quotes and sayings, good reads, books and songs reviews and everything that life will throws my way.

This is just the beginning, as Robert Frost have rightly said…

The woods are lovely, dark and deep,

But I have promise to keep,

And miles to go before I sleep,

And miles to go before I sleep …

May Lord Ganesha give me strength and let He be with me in my journey to bless it. As someone as cleverly said that Well began is half done. If you keep on just admiring your beginning and forget the middle part, then end is not gonna be the way you expected it to be.

It is not just any new year resolution or a dream now. Its like you have been given a chance to express yourself and hope we all make most of it.
