Morning is the most important time of a day since the thoughts and actions during this time will decide how you are gonna spent the rest of your day. Given below are 5 easy and life changing morning rituals you can do to earn your day!
1.NO MOBILE PHONES FOR 1 HOUR
This is a practice i have been doing since past 1 year and it was found to be so effective.When we look at our mobile phones first thing in the morning, our thoughts get diverted into negative people and places. Its like people coming to your room and making it conjested invading your privacy.The same happens with our mind when we check mobile first thing in the morning. So we should always spent aleast 1 hr doing other activities like reading, exercising, meditating etc
2. DRINK 1 LTR OR ATLEAST 1 GLASS OF WATER
Drinking water as soon as you wake up helps to flush out toxins from your body.I prefer drinking water before brushing because it is said that our morning saliva has anti-bacterial properties which when swallowed cleans the gut.
3. MANIFESTING YOUR DREAMS
The next thing you can do is to close your eyes and think about your wishes, dreams and the reason why you dont give up those dreams. See yourselves living that dream, believe you can and act like you have already achieved it. Soon you will manifest it into your life.
4. POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS
Positive affirmations helps to get you motivated to start your day and spent it productively.If you are someone lacking confidence, affiirmations related to that can accomplish wonders. A simple line like βI CAN DO ITβ, βI WILL SURVIVE THISβ, 'I AM STRONG ENOUGH TO OVERCOME THIS' sets your mood for the day.
5. BE GRATEFUL
Gratitude is a very blissful virtue one should possess. Close your eyes and be grateful for another new day in your life, for the food, shelther, air & water, your health, your loved ones and your dreams. If you are a religious person, you can even pray and be thankful to god for everything in your life. Covid-19 is taking a toll on our lives and it may be difficult to find something to be grateful for..however find reasons to be grateful and you will see the difference it will make in your mindset.
