Yeah, I too had tough times of struggle to manage time. Sometimes timings may skip, sometimes we may lose interest. This small reason can make you fall away from your decipline.

In our school days there was a sentence where our teachers always used to say is that decipline comes from perfect timing. If uh achieve your thrives within your timings then your dreams will come true in your wholesome timings.

When I was a child, as a student we love to play games as their was a PT period where even dull student becomes active. We may not be in time for classes but we were in time for games period.

Here it's exposes the interest towards game which makes us to follow regular and deciplined timing.

It's not a hard job to manage time, the only thing is to have a minimum interest on the work that you gonna do and your thrive for your success. 

During school days we the students used to prepare a timetable because of examination as to maintain a perfect preparation.

If as a student we can manage time for examination, then why can't we manage now as we are big people now.

So, time is the main thing that decides your decipline, your punctuality, mainly your future.
