What I Understand About Trust
Hey dears wish you all a good day buddies. Today I am sharing what I understand about trust and the factors which makes your relationship strong and trustable.
All relationship are in trust. that means relationship between employers and employee, parent and children, husband and wife, student and teacher, buyer and seller, customer and salesman etc.., these all peoples are on trust between each other.
the factors that build trust are:
- Reliability which predictability
- Consistency that builds confidence
- respect which we have to self and other gives dignity and shows a caring attitude.
- Fairness which appeals to justice and integrity.
- Openness shows a willingness to listen and share your views.
- Congruence which means action and words harmonize. if a person says more one thing and behave differently, how can you trust that person?
- Competence that comes from a person has the ability and the attitude to serve.
- Integrity the key ingredient to trust.
- Acceptance in spite of our effort to improve we need to accept each other with our pluses and minus.
- Character a person may have all the competence but if he lacks character he can't be trusted.
- Courage a person who lacks courage will let you down in a crisis.
Trust in many ways is a much greater compliment than love. there are some people we love we can't trust them. relationships are like bank account. the more e deposit the larger they become therefore the more we can withdraw from them. however if you try to draw without depositing it leads to disappointment. many times we feel we are overdrawn but in reality we may be under deposited.
some consequence of poor relationship and the lack of trust.
- Stress: when people are in bad mood or being in stress the action they are taking wouldn't end well. the intention to hurt another people will be higher if anyone of you are in stress. we can say that if we are in stress our decision and action would be completely wrong.
- Lack of communication: We can see that from several examples that are around us. It may be in a friendship cycle, a love relationship, or any other kind of relationship. People must communicate with each other if any conflict or disrespect occurs from the opposite party. Otherwise, it will lead to a longer and deeper wound in minds of conflicted peoples.
- Close mindedness :some people are close-minded, which means they don't have the mind to accept everyone's views or likes or actions or opinions or ideas. They only believe them, and they don't care about other people's trust or care. such peoples are more selfish.
- Peoples who don't have team spirit
- Lack of credibility in peoples.
- Poor self-esteemed
- Suspicion minded peoples
- Poor health
- Angry peoples
- Prejudice one
- Uncooperative behavior
- Conflict situations
- Frustration
- Being unhappiness
