Hii! I'm back with an interesting topic about (Food processing and safety )which is very useful for women to become self independent and can be a "women entrepreneur" by herself. 

As I'm a student of Food processing I'm gonna tell you about all the important things about this course. 

More over food processing methods has an important roles on reducing food waste.

Improving the quality and improving food preservation. Hence, reducing the total environmental impact and improving food security. Quality➕ quantity. 

This field also trains to by providing many internships, and bakery and confessionary so that you can put up your own Baker.

Food processing technology developed in the 19th and 20th centuries was developed in a large production to  serve military needs, as they need canned foods and packaging. 

Food chemistry,  Food microbiology, menu planning helps to know more about the education of dietetics.

Food microbiology is the scientific studyof microorganisms, both in food and used for the production of food, based on the microorganisms, bacteria, and many more.

 The main headquarters of  food processing is in Delhi including fssai and all. But this course is been distributed all over the college  as a part of necessary courses. 

But as per my knowledge the government has announced that there should be a department of B.voc as an aided course. 

After the completion of (pg) you can be hired as an officer with a bulk amount of salary .

This year fssai gave an amazing opportunity of jobs for the students who are post graduates with lots of vacancies for food officers. 137 vacancies for food safety officers and 167 vacancies for fssai job careers. 

All over India there are only few students who come up as an entrepreneurs . This field can give a hope to your career in future. 

Food safety involves everybody in the food chain.

Save food now for a healthy future.
