One cannot attain success in life, if one lacks skills to communicate with people of different nature and temperaments. Firstly, one ought to have an adjustable attitude to communicate well with people. Eliminate the rigidity in your behavior and adjust with all types of people in all circumstances to become successful in your life. There after begin to pay attention to the tone of your voice. Observe the tone of your voice and the reaction of the people. 

Is your voice dominating? Is it too soft? Is it rude? Is it submissive? Well the tone of your voice should neither be too dominating or soft. It should be balanced and friendly. Watch the reaction of the people when you speak. Do they get irritated or pleased by your voice? If they get annoyed, then it shows that you lack an attractive voice. This you should practice to speak in a balanced nd friendly tone. 

You may practise this method for half an hour daily. To observe your improvement , record your voice in the first day in tape recorder in your normal self, and after practicing communication skills for a month record your voice again in the tape recorder and find out the difference yourself. Your voice would be far better than before. It would be more friendlier nd balanced than it was in the past. 

Avoid giving nasty comments on people in your talks. Your talks must be decent and your attitude must be graceful. You should not give any sort of insulting comments, but correct others decently. You should not favour anyone in particular, but be able to differentiate between right and wrong. Correct the person who hurts or trouble others with his aggressive behavior. Defend the innocent people who are suppressed by the evil elements of society. Remember not to annoy others with your attitude. Be clever enough to develop brotherly relationship with the offensive party. The more friendly and familiar you are to the offensive party the more he would listen to you. Thus, take his mind to the right track with love. 

Attain as much knowledge as you can through books, tv, cable and newspaper to enhance your communication skills. The channels like discovery and geographic provide ample information about happenings in the world in the past and the present. Gain as much knowledge you can and express it through the language of love to be successful in your life.
