Healthy Living: A bowl of sweetness is always necessary for your Menu of life.

This is a bowl of homemade Rasmalai served in a bowl of Clay pot. Having lots of Dry fruits, raisins makes it more rich and delicious.

Talking about health and a healthy lifestyle as a new FAD statement these days also one needs to always keep some room for the healthier options for dessert as it helps for good metabolism and maintains the balance of the body.

Every taste is necessary for our taste buds. Be it Bitter, Sour, Salty, or Sweet. Every taste has its own place and significance in the system of our body.

But the most important point to keep in mind is the portions we consume in one go. What needs necessarily to be managed to achieve the best of results is the quantity and quality, both in sync.

Too much of something is always a dangerous situation and is even harmful in many of the cases and scenarios. 

Although sugar has b bittersweet repo when it comes to health and fitness. Sugar in bdy digests food slowly and the sugar which is present in it helps to provide energy to the cells. 

In older times taking jaggery or gur after every meal was a mandate so as to get your food digested properly and effectively.

But these days the trends are changing, as people are moving in the world of no sugar, no carbs, no calories …..and many more terms around

This whole is very helpful to achieve the best of the results in good time.

People starve themselves from these sweet portions for a good and thin slim body so as to look good and appealing. But they fail to understand that it is equally important to stay happy and cheerful from the inside. Depriving yourselves of these small bites is not necessarily an option.

As the changing situations and scenarios around the globe try and make your own home food rather than buying it from outside, it will be a comparatively healthier option to munch on.

As it is rightly said - “ Good health is true wealth” and Taking care of your body is very very important as it is the only place you have to live in .

"Also health is like money, as we never have aa true idea of its value until  we lose it"
