Oats

Oatmeal is a very healthy food for both children and adults. It is also an excellent source of melatonin, which helps accelerate insulin production. Insulin helps you sleep. You can prepare oats in various forms, the simplest of which is oatmeal porridge. It is also easy for babies to digest. Mix it with apples to improve the taste and nutritional value.

Rice

Cherry
Cherries are another great food to add to your baby's dinner. They are rich in the sleep hormone melatonin. They are very tasty and your child will eat them easily.

Banana
Bananas are soft and sweet and many babies love to eat them. But did you know that they contain a good amount of magnesium, which is a natural muscle relaxant. Walnut
Walnuts help the body produce serotonin. It is a chemical that calms the brain and affects mood. This helps them sleep better for longer. Walnuts contain melatonin. So, give walnuts in your baby's dinner.
