Hi, this is Swetha, my blog about a recent movie review, name Poar Thozhil.

Por Thozhil is an investigative thriller where a senior police officer and a rookie cop nab a murderer. After a long time I got a chance to watch the movie Por Thozhil in the theater, and it was totally worth it! Let's get into the movie. The story is set in 2010 and two women are murdered one after another and the police cannot find any clue. An educated young man named Ashok Selvan is hired as a trainee in the crime branch. Senior higher official Sarath Kumar. Despite his reluctance, Sarathkumaar agrees to go investigate a suspicious murder case. However, the investigation not only strengthens their friendship but also produces some startling revelations.

The entire police force strives to identify the suspect as numerous young women are found strangled to death. Despite the paucity of evidence and the difficulties they face, will they be able to apprehend the murderer?

The dialogue between the main characters advances the plot and piques our interest in how two individuals with such different personalities will solve the mystery.

It stays away from adding too many twists. Actually, there is just one in the second part, and it is really natural. The finest thing is that even when we learn who the murderer is, he manages to make the events interesting and captivating. Numerous psycho-thrillers have discussed dysfunctional childhoods and how they can wreck a person's life. This one also explores a related subject and is successful.

 One of the surprise parts in the movie is played by the late actor Sarath Babu. His persona is sufficiently convincing and well-designed. As a cop, Sarath Kumar makes the part appear effortless, draws from all of his expertise, and effectively inhabits the character. Nikila Vimal, the heroine, performed her job admirably. The picture is somewhat improved by the background score by Jakes Bejoy and the cinematography by Kalaiselvan.

The screenplay and story were excellent, keeping me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. No songs, no comedy scenes, no unnecessary drama, Public should encourage these kinds of movies by watching it in theaters, Hats off to the director and all members who worked for this film. Highly recommend parents to watch this film.
