Tips For A Healthy And Productive Lifestyle.

Healthy lifestyle is very much needed in todays world. Key to healthy lifestyle is consistency. There are many health routines available in internet but we, human beings tend to go behind unhealthy routines. Here are some healthy lifestyle tips which I have learnt and has become the one which boosts me the entire day.

  1. Wake up early. Waking up early makes us feel that there is a long day ahead of us. It really gives a fresh start to the day. (I feel a bit lazy somedays but I try my best for it.)
  2. Freshen up for the day.
  3. Drink warm water. To make it interesting you can make warm water in different styles. One, you can add curry leaves in the warm water and have it. Two, you can soak fenugreek sides overnight and boil the water morning and have it. Third, you can add cumin seeds in the water and soak it overnight, boil it in the morning. Also you can simply drink a plain warm water too. This surely makes it interesting to have it early morning.
  4. Have dry fruits. (I usually have soaked almonds, walnuts, dates)
  5. Arrange your bed : This gives a good vibe of cleanliness.
  6. Workout : Workout can be of any form. You can dance, swim, go to gym, full body workout at home, do Zumba, skipping. This must be included in a persons lifestyle. 
  7. Wash your hands frequently.
  8. Take a shower.
  9. Have a good breakfast. 
  10. Try to avoid sugar as much as possible.
  11. Plan the work for the day. Start your work and have breaks in middle.
  12. Don't eat junk food if you feel hungry. Instead opt to eat dry fruits.
  13. Drink water well.
  14. Have a satisfied lunch.
  15. Play any indoor/outdoor activity at the evening. Also walking is a good option. ( I play shuttle with my husband).
  16. If you are interested in cooking, go for it. Cooking is a great hobby. Cook dinner.
  17. Spend time with family. Wish them goodnight daily.
  18. Brush your teeth daily twice.
  19. Read books. Avoid phones 1 hour before sleeping.
  20. Have a good sleep. Manage your stress.
  21. Take care of your mental health. 
  22. Live Life to the fullest. Start a practice of gratitude.

I have started these routine very recently and it really gives me a great vibe about myself. I feel good about myself. 

Its never too late to start!!
