Hi guys, Welcome to the blog. In this blog, I want to review about traditional outfits of different countries. Whenever we talk about other countries we will define them based on their culture, food, and tradition. Sometimes we will recognize the country according to their attire. Let's look about them.

India:

India is a multi-diverse country with different communities. So, it has ample choices on what to wear. In the southern parts of India, people prefer wearing sarees and panche on several occasions whereas in the Northern part of India people love to wear lehenga and Dhotis. But every state in India has its own outfits that represent its state culture. Sarees, Kurtis, and churidars are the daily wear of women in India.

Japan:

Kimino

Kimino is a special dress worn at certain festivals and ceremonies. It is a traditional dress of Japan. These are the dresses with long sleeves tied with a belt called an obi. They also have an outfit called Yukata which is preferably worn during summer time.

Korea:

Hanbok

Well, Korea is famous nowadays for its K-pop, K-dramas, and clothing. People around the world are dying to try them. The national costume of Korea is Hanbok. The style of wearing it is modified according to the dynasties that ruled Korea.

Thailand:

Chut Thai

Chut Thai is mainly worn on special occasions. Its styling is different in different parts of Thailand, especially for women. They have the choice to wear a full shirt or a blouse above the skirt. Their outfit reminds me of Ancient India.

Indonesia:

They have different traditional dresses according to region. But the most well-known outfits are Batik, Sarong, and Kebaya. Sarong is a fabric worn bottom and paired up with Kebaya whereas in case of men they pair it up with Batik.

Malaysia:

Well, Malaysia has a large group of ethnicities from different countries, especially Asia. So, it is hard to describe but  they have outfits like Baju Melayu worn by men and Baju Kurung worn by women.

Nepal:

The national outfit of Nepal for men is Daura and Suruwal topped with a coat and a hat called Dhaka Topi whereas for women it is Gurung. It is similar to the outfits worn in India.

Tibet:

People in Tibet wear Chuba as their national costume. It is said that Tibetans who are living in the Himalayan region wear woolen chuba made up of hand-woven wool of white sheep.
