Story Lines Of Asian Dramas

Hi guys, welcome to my blog. Generally, when we go to house after school, college, or work we will definitely find our grand mother, mother or aunt are eagerly watching tv serials. I always wonder does this serials have any message?. So, in this blog I am analysing the story lines of Asian dramas.

Indian dramas:

Indian dramas according to me classified into two categories one is Hindi language dramas and regional language dramas. If we see the plot lines of either hindi or regional most of them are almost similar.

In both hindi and regional dramas the story starts with introducing male protagonist belongs to a rich family while female protagonist is poor with full of problems. At first hero and heroine will have small fights later they will fall in love. Now the villain wants to marry male lead for properties. She will try to create rift between hero and heroine. In the middle they stretch the episodes with unusual unusual poojas. After lagging the serial for 1.5 years finally both leads get married. The directors won't stop the story here basically in regional dramas like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, etc., they will kill the lead actors and introduce other actors as main leads son or daughter but the routine twist is the child goes missing lives with again some poor or middle class family and the same story repeats until the serial ends. But in the case of Hindi dramas after leap the main leads get married to another woman while female lead lives with other man. After 2 to 3 marriages with other people hero and heroine gets united and the story ends. It may sound cringe but it is true. Even though some dramas started with a good note, in the middle they will loose the track.

Korean dramas:

K drama lovers please don't hate me because I know the popularity that Korean dramas have in India because my classmates always used to chit chat about these dramas. Basically Korean dramas have school life dramas, historical , office, childhood trauma, time travel, fantasy dramas with routine plot like hero is filthy rich while heroine is struggling to meet ends having unlucky second male lead who truly loves her along with hero obsessed second female lead this is one scenario other one is either anyone of the main leads have super natural powers and she/he comes to earth after few incidents both leads stay in the same house and the story unfolds. Only few of the series have different story lines which showcase the reality happening in Korean society.

Japanese dramas:

Well I have nothing to say about japanese dramas because there animes are more popular than serials. The stories they took are from these anime and they call them as live action movies/dramas.

Most of the popular dramas of Korean, thai and other asian countries are inspired from japanese manga and novels.

Thailand dramas:

Thailand dramas are very abusive with worst plotlines and the actors didn't have any facial expressions. For angry, sadness, and other emotions they only make their eyes big. Their original  story lines  shows sexual abuse, over romance, and  illegal affairs. Most of the plot lines are remake of Korean dramas.

This is what I observed when I analysed about the dramas of Asian region.

Hope my readers enjoyed the content.

Thanks for reading…
