Stranger Things is a Netflix Original series that premiered in 2016. The genres of science fiction, horror, and supernatural are all represented in this film.

Stranger Things is a Netflix original series set in Hawkins, Indiana, in the early 1980s. Hawkins National Laboratory, located nearby, conducts basic research for the US Department of Energy while also secretly conducting paranormal experiments. They unintentionally built a portal to an alternate world known as "The Upside Down."

Will Byers is kidnapped by a strange creature from the Upside Down in the first season, which starts in November 1983. Joyce, Will's girlfriend, and Hawkins Police Chief Jim Hopper search for him. Around the same time, Eleven, a teenage girl with special abilities, breaks free from the lab. After being discovered by Will's colleagues, Mike, Dustin, and Lucas, she begins assisting them in their quest for Will.

The show's special effects are incredible, which is one of my favourite aspects of it. Stranger Things has a large team working on it to make the sci-fi show look incredibly believable. It makes my mind believe that a Demogorgen resides in the world of Dungeons and Dragons.

The thing I don't like about it, on the other hand, is how impossible everything is. I say, seriously? A psychopath from the US Department of Energy spends two years torturing a single child in a single town? But that's just my opinion. There are also the classic horror movie tropes where they go where you shouldn't go. You just don't stop running when a slow beast is chasing you! You keep going until you reach society, where everyone else must perish in order for you to live. Men, it's Zombie Apocalypse 101.

Stranger Things even has a great soundtrack, which I really enjoy. The music brings just the right amount of tension to the scene. I enjoy 80s music, so the songs were enjoyable to listen to and sing along to.

You'll grow to love the characters as each episode progresses, and it's a fantastic series filled with love, science, suspense, aliens, and superpowers. Eleven's superpowers are great in this series because she is the main character and has a unique life story and past.
