Today my topic is how to improve our eyesight, now-a-days all are using mobile phones day and night then sleep lately this will cause to decrease our eye vision, evenly most of the children has this problem and they put eye glasses in their childhood days due to Vitamin-A deficiency. SEEDS
It is another source of Omega-3 those who were not eating fish they can intake seeds for improving eyesight.
FRUITS
Fruits are rich in Vitamin-C and this also another source of antioxidant to improves eyesight. Some fruits like lemon, grapes and orange.
GREEN LEAVES
