So recently I rewatched the Back to the Future trilogy. It is one of my favourite trilogy of all time. I would recommend you guys to watch these movies if you like science fiction movies. They are available on amazon prime and are all really enjoyable.
After completing all the movies the question of time travel came to my mind. This has happened a few times before and I wondered if I knew someone like Doc Brown in real life I would travel back in time and change so many things. In the Back to the future movies Doc had built a time machine out of a DeLorean and Marty, the protagonist, travelled to both the past and the future. At first it happened accidently as Marty was trying to escape from some terrorists but in the next two movies he travelled with Doc Brown to fix some things.
But my main question is โwill time travel be possible in the future?โ. Maybe it will. With new technology being introduced everyday I think it could be possible sometime in the future. If it is I would love to travel back in time and see what it was like to live in a time where there was limited technology and people were actually a lot more involved in things than they are now. I would love to live in a time where people wrote letters to communicate and would anxiously wait for the reply unlike now where it all happens over texts. Now people don't even type complete words to reply only a โkโ or an emoji and the conversation is done. It is obviously convenient but in some time you start to lose interest in the conversation.
In the second part of the movie Marty and Doc travel to the year 2015 which is the future for them. The trilogy was made in the 1980's and many predictions they made in the movie for the future were accurate. They also had shown that there would be flying cars in the future which still there aren't. When I was a kid I too thought that there would be flying cars in the future that is by the year 2020. But guess what happened in 2020- the covid pande- ๐ค
You know what never mind. It is better to not talk about last year as it was disgusting for everyone.
But I would like to travel to the future too. The use of technology would have been tripled by then and humans would have been replaced by robots. Maybe. I think the people of the future would have become so lazy that they would hardly be doing anything on their own. I still can't tell about the flying cars though ๐. But it would be great to see the progress the world is making then with all the advancements. I think most people will be more accepting to all kinds of lifestyles and open to new things in the future.
