When we hear music,it triggers our emotions either it can be happy, sad, exciting, relaxing etc.

Music is the one thing everyone will enjoy, everyone will love no matter what culture we're from.

It's an expression of humanity.

Music has an rhythm that can be heard from birds, rain, trees etc.

Music has many health benefits too 

  1. It reduces anxiety
  2. Reduces depression
  3. Reduces stress
  4. Aids in recalling the memory and many other things.

Music is a collection of coordinated sounds.

When we hear music our mind will relax automatically without any worries. Music that heals everything. 

Music affects all our lives whether we realise it or not. Many people will hear music on a daily basis. Some songs or genres will make us really happy and some songs can put us in a really bad mood.

Pop songs or Rock n roll songs can enlighten our mood whereas breakup songs or sad songs can recall our past memories which results in depression.

So many of us according to the situation will select the genres or songs.

Most of the people likes to listen to the music while travelling and I'm one of them.

Music plays a major role in brain function and mental health:

  • Dopamine, associates with pleasure 
  • Stress hormones 
  • Serotonin related to immunity.

Listening to music while exercising can improve your stamina and quality of the workout. It also keeps you motivated during the entire workout.

Music has been common support for many individuals around the world thorough mental health, physical healing, for love and peace.

A study conducted in 2007 found positive effects on warming up to music before a workout resulted in higher heart rates as opposed to warming up without music.

Music is not only important before and during the workouts but after the workout as well.

Music was seen as a motivational entity.

The two art forms music and dance creates an emotional quotient.

Music and art also have a close relationship which creates an environment for our creative thinking.

So music plays a important role in all our lives like a stress reliever, increases our brain function, our mental health and keeps us so motivated during workouts and enlightens our mood
