 1.Keep hydrated 

 It’s important to stay hydrated during summer, especially if you’re spending time outdoors in the heat. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids, such as water or unsweetened iced tea. And if you’re going to be outside for an extended period of time, take along a sports drink to replenish your electrolytes

Keep your skin protected from sun.

Applying sunscreen is a crucial step to combat overexposure to the sun .while the sun can have health benefits,too much exposure can lead to a painful and dangerous conditions , including,but not limited to ;sunburn , wrinkles, premature aging and skin cancer.

TAKE BENEFITS OF SUMMER FRUITS

With high water content and a rich source of minerals such as magnesium, potassium, iron, and calcium, summer fruits keep the body hydrated and replenished. Include these summer fruits as smoothies, desserts, juices, or fresh and raw to keep your body cool, hydrated, energised, and healthy during the summer heat.

FOCUS ON YOUR CLOTHING.

We should wear cotton clothes and light coloured clothes in summers .cotton is a good absorber of water .since we sweat a lot in summers , cotton clothes absorb sweat from our body and exposes the sweat to the atmosphere,making its evaporation faster.

TREAT YOUR EYES WELL

wear sunglasses when stepping out as sunscreen are essential for skin,so do the shades for eyes.choose sunglasses that fit well and block light from coming in around the eyes .we can use cucumber as cucumber provides relief from summer heat 

HOW TO PREVENT SUMMER DISEASES.

Apply mosquito repellent and avoid mosquito breeding places. Keep your skin covered and protected by applying sunscreen with at least 15 SPF. Common summer diseases occur during the day time to avoid too much exposure to the sun, especially from noon to around 3 pm, when the sun's rays are directly perpendicular.

AVOID CAFFEINE CONSUMPTION 

According to coffee studies conducted in the late 2000s, caffeine in high doses has a diuretic effect on the body. Therefore, drinking caffeinated beverages at a time of intense heat could cause dehydration.

GET MOVING!.

It is summer and those of you who are looking to sweat it out,this is surely the best time . excercising in hot weather make our muscles warmer and more elastic much quicker -therefore the threat of injury is reduced because the muscles are much more softer prepared and heated to be able to workout.
