There were participants from different colleges of various groups who were depressed they all took participation in seminar to stop unwanted thoughts and repetitive behavior. There was a student who was opssessed with doing any work with both the hands he used to eat with both the hands greet with both the hands and entering a house with both the leg and then there is one student who used to wash hands before every meal or whenever he uses to travel anywhere he used to wash hands every 5 minutes. Then all of them told to do meditation and accept their weaknesses and take responsibility of their life and once they took responsibility they started improving and they started getting better. There is a saying in Portugese that a person life is in final phase if he is not willing to achieve something.
I remember one incident where i stoop up at the corner of the cliff. I can experience my death from so close. I was sweating yet feeling cold, it was allover a thrilled experience. I was equally nervous and excited. The wind was slapping my ears, i was not in a state to hear anything i could only see the cliff bank where i was experiencing the death from so close, i stop there and stand for some moment, i could see the ocean below hitting the cliff deadly. I could not express it at the moment what i was experiencing at that particular time. I looked around i could see my friends far away from me and there were other people taking photos of the picturerisque environment around and there were no one near to me, i thought for once is it the end? Then i took another step toward the corner of the cliff then i was not afraid of death.
There is a demerit of setting a goal because you always hold your happiness till you achieve that goal. Everyone of us has been trapped to this cage and failed each time while setting the goal. For so many hears i had hold my happiness to postponing it to till the set goal is achieved.
