Have you ever gazed the sky and questioned who you are? why are you here? what is your purpose? we all are walking up every morning, doing the common stuffs and get back to sleep. we are doing the same mistake again and again without knowing as if your life is not in your control. you decide something & you continue to do it for few days and then again get back to normal life and we all are stuck in this regret cycle. I want to share few of my experiences  with you which would definately help you. you are what you eat, think and how much you sleep. I am eating once in a day between 11 am to 2 pm & this habbit of eating not only brings positivity but it also helps me to stay active. If i am saying something rubbish then why dont you try it once just compare your activity with the quantity of food you intake. I know food is important for everyone of us. Dont be so concerned about food because it not about the quantity of food you eat but what actually matters is how you eat. We all have purpose in life dont just waste your time sleeping, chewing and romancing. Most of the time we think about sex, food etc. Dont kill your heart by eating so much because your eating habits is the main reason for many deseases and obesity. Dont kill your brain nerve cells by sleeping in odd time, you must avoid sleeping in afternoon, it has been proved that sleeping in afternoon could be the reason of death. you should sleep between 11 pm to 5 am in the morning, because this is the time when whole universe is at peace, every single creature is taking rest preparing themselves for the next day. you are what you think so before sleeping you must ease your mind by praying and feel gratitude for whatever you have. listen to positive affirmations as soon as you wake up. make your dairy of thoughts write down your thoughts at a particular time, categories them into 4 parts i. e thought of sex, intelligence, emotions, sex. Do this 20 times a day. read and examine it every fortnight. lead a life that everyone dream of because life is not about success and failure its about the journey!!!
