How To Make The Sale With Your Eyeball.

I have a friend who make a remarkable sale which anyone can hardly believe even the friends boss has no idea how he achieve it but i know it because he told me his secret. 

He term that technique as eyeball selling. eyeball technique is not about how to close the technique by memorising 1000 closing techniques nor you have to talk alot in order to give the client quotation. it is very simple you all have to look body gesture and customer reaction and he adjust his sale pitch accordingly with the customer reaction He used to continually look his client reaction. when my friend give his sale pitch, he pay more attention to twitches, slight body movements and gestures than what his client saying. He sincerely check his customer head movements, he checks his hand movements, body rotation and facial expressions and he also pay attention to eyes blinking. even if your client is making poker face or blank facial expression, she might not tell you how may attention she is paying. He says he gets to know what turns the prospect on and what turns the prospect down that simply based on her gestures and body movements that decide whether they make or break a sale. so my friend told me that whenever he starts sales pitch in front of 20 to 30 people he often greets good morning and good afternoon gentlemen and just after that he says something confusing so all the person seating there start to see here and there and get impatient and when you see properly they all will look just at one person who?? yes to the person who is responsible to make decision their boss due to  this technique he found out the main person and then he complete his pitch by completely concentrating to one person. when you consciously see the action of any one you will note that some People shrug their soldier in order to show their indifference and tap their finger that shows that they are impatient and you will also see many people lossen their collar if they are feeling uncomfortable. my friend say he keenly observe the direction of head if the client head is toward me that means they are interested and so i keep on talking if their head move away then its a bad sign then change the topic and talk of other benifits of his products.
