There is no other way other than practice and trying. Meaning of practice and trying is use of time. If you are not spending your time practicing and trying right things then that time will destroy you. The most harmful things about human is that it can be easily destroyed as if the whole universe want to destroy human being. in this case if you want to save yourself then you will have to continously work and in contrary if you want to destroy yourself you just dont have to do anything at all. you are born with responsibility, as if everyone born with different bonding and if you want to get free from this then practice and trying is the only way. If you practicing hard and still not reaching your goal then either you have stopped trying due to laziness or your power to get free from this miserable world is less than different bonds of this world. Take example of a prisoner who is trying to escape from jail and for that he is trying his best and continuously cutting the bars of jail and he succeeded in cutting 90 % of bar but he gets demotivated and stopped cutting when he has to cut only 10 percent, then he will never get freedom and in case police aur jailor noticed that he has been trying to cut the bar then the prisoner have to go through dire consequences, now prisoner will be beaten by the police. similarly a person who want to excel in life or want to achieve something will have to give his best otherwise he will keep on suffering. I just want to say one thing to one who keeps on complaining that why are you born? now when you have entered the arena then you will have to play, you have no other option than trying and practicing. Have you ever seen that the game rule has been changed for a player becuase player is not willing to play. no never rule will be going to be Same for each one of us. you will have to abide the rule, this is it recognize it whether you like it or not this is the rule. Either you don't  try to cut the rope and if you are cutting put all your efforts in it. There is only two ways to reach the end that is practice and trying.
