Sleep is something which is still a mystery to the world. We have advanced so much in technology but still no technology can explain the state of sleep where we are not conscious of our body forget all our insecurity. When we wake up after 8 hrs of sleep thinking time flies so fast that it feels like we just slept and have no realization of time frame. We all love to sleep for hours without knowing the actual reason behind it. Do we need sleep to rejuvenate our tired body or it is more than that???

Your sleep is like your money… More you sleep more you loose money. Sleeping at the right time will benifit you more than sleeping in wrong hours. When you sleep between 12 pm to 4 am in the morning it is the best hours for sleeping it benifits alot, your body has positive aura, you feel replenished, full of energy.
Sleeping between 11 pm to 5 am is also benificial but not as benificial as 12 am to 4 am.
If you sleep 5 am to 7 am in the morning there is no gain, no loss its like you are wasting your time because sleeping in these hours would not give you energy.
If you sleep between 7 am to 10 am you will loose your energy and feel lazy and and your mind is cluttered and confused. There is chances of catching desease.
If you sleep in the afternoon it will deteriorate your brain nerve cell harm in many ways.we should be avoiding sleeping during afternoon.
If you sleep between evening time 5 pm to 10 pm it is very dangerous for you. You are going to die soon and prone to many deseses like heart attack, allergies and many others.
According to zenyoga you should sleep between 11 pm to 5 am in the morning. This 4 hrs sleep is sufficient for your body sleeping more than this would do only harm to you.
You can sleep for 4 hrs only if you control your diet. If you eat lavish food at night you won't be able to leave your bed early.
Try to cut down your dinner as your body is Repairing itself at night so you should not be stressing by eating more food.
