Make The Other Person feel important and do it sincerely : Don't take other person for granted always make sure you respect them before and after coming to relation because its you has changed but that person is same whom you have given respect and loved before coming to relationship. If you fail to make other people important then you might loose them so you should always care for other needs time to time. Before telling them your problem listen to them sincerely and appreciate them for fighting with their problem and always try to help them if you couldn't help then you should motivate them with affirmative words and appreciate them for their slightest improvement and do it sincerely because your motivating words can transform anyone's life and don't try to flatter because any one can recognize that and instead of giving positive reply they might create distance with you. I am not talking about how you try to impress your boss by lying about his acumen and if your boss is smart enough then that may turn out to be a disaster to you. If you are married then you should motivate your wife, your children so that they imbibe your positivity into their life and will give the same to others.
The only way to get best of an argument is to avoid it. Yes if you get defeated in an argument then you don't get defeated you actually win others heart for your tolerative nature and that person after some time will regret for their doing and will apologize to you. If you get into an argument than both the person incurred loss due to waste of energy and time and atlast what you see that you didn't come to conclusion. Always listen to your opponent that may let them talk and will become receptive once they have outbursted. Never interrupt other person in between because that may make the situation more worse. you must put a stop loss so that you can stop the argument and think to tackle the situation in a wisely manner afterall increasing your blood pressure is not going to benefit you in any way and God forbid if any mishap happened then you are going to ruin your life and this may also ruin your children's life as well. Your children will do the same. Always try to avoid argument.All the best.
