3 Tips For Daily Routine As Per Ayurveda

How should be the daily routine of human beings? that makes us heqltgy and protect us from different deseases is technically explained in ayuveda. 

So friends our ancestors were following a particular daily routine in ancient time. They were following it religiously like a religion everyday in their life. 

Being earth as a whole affected by sun and moon we human beings are part of earth and planetry system our body and the complete physiology are also get affected by the sun and moon. so as per ayurveda the correct time to wake up is the last phase of darkness i. e brahma muhurta it means approximately from 4 to 5:30 Am. Now most of you must be aware of this time frame either but do you know but do you know why we should wake up in this time frame because during this time frame the kapha component in our body is reduced and the vatta component is activated it means our mind and body get ready to be moved  as per the property of vatta that's why we should wake up at this time. Ayurveda has denoted this time frame ideal for meditation and yogabhyas. Brahma muhurta is also known as the time to grasp knowledge. if you are sleeping in this time frame then you must have observed that the dreams that come in this time frame are the most remembered. we should wake at this time and get clear our bowls at the very first moment then we should wash our face and eyes then clean our mouth properly then we should do exercises. Regarding exercise, ayuveda tells us that we should not stop exercising until we start sweating in our underarms because this point shows that the sufficient amount of heat has been generated in the body and all the organs and parts of body are now fully activated. we should take a bath after about half an hour of exercising or doing yoga. Now the question comes whether cold water should be taken or hot while bathing generally our choice of temperature of water is also dependent on outside temperature for our healthy body Ayurveda recommends that we should wash our head with cold water or atleast water at room temperature because hot water is not good for hair. Now why should we meditate an empty stomach only. This is because our digestive system becomes active soon as the food is eaten and blood supply become busy in the process of digestion.
