Easy Tiffin On Holidays, The Chicken Sandwich.

Dear readers, today I will narrate the easy recipe for an easy tiffin on holidays, when you have a little time on hand and intend to make something easy yet nutritious. Here you get protein, some vitamins, some fast minerals and energy fats, ready at the tiffin.

At the start, boil pieces of boneless chicken in pressure cooker, with garlic paste, salt and black pepper seeds, keep for two whistles, open and cool down. The fibres of the chicken comes soft and loose. Now, grate the chicken with fork 🍴 and knife, do not cut the fibres in pieces. Mix with green chilli sauce, tomato sauce, mayonnaise and coriander leaves cut in pieces. Remember the fibers of the chicken are kept intact. Then keep pieces of onions, chili according to taste, and capsicum pieces ready.

Then take the bread slices and apply butter and little mayonnaise on one side of each slice. Spread the chicken paste fiber on one slice, and spread pieces of onions chili, and capsicum as per taste over it. Now spread the Amul cheese slice over the other bread slice, close the sandwich, and prepare such sandwiches ready. Toast in the bread grill toaster oven for 5 to 7 minutes till the indicator light shows green. Your chicken sandwich is ready to serve with sauce and cucumber salad.

A great amount of energy is obtained when a single person consumes 2 to 3 such sandwiches, and very nutritious when taken with a glass of health drink like horlicks or bournvita. Please follow accordingly and benefit.

For, youth who go for swimming during holidays or play a brisk game of badminton 🏸, or come home from long-distance cycling, these sandwiches are very good and healthy tiffin to satisfy the intense hunger that arises after such an exercise. Even the nutritional benefits are also to the fullest when taken with some health drinks. But, true, it is nice, when their mother or any aunts prepare these for them, because the preparation takes some time and patience. Thanks.
