Bumble bee, Queen of pollination, very busy.

See I am going to write the blog, I am occupied, I am serving the Candlemonk publishing by it. It will in turn serve as a blog matter for readers to go through. If it comes out fruitful it will energize and give idea to many others.

See it is very important you are engaged in some useful karma. Some work is very essential to all human beings. Our mind is so active that even when we are idle, we keep thinking something. If we don't occupy in some fruitful work, we get entangled in some undesirable action resulting in devil's workshop. Hence it is very important to get engaged in some fruitful work.

Bhagwan Krishna in Gita explained this simple idea to Arjuna. That if you detach yourself from doing the actual karma of a warrior, sighting that all my opponents are my relations and Gurus; you will fail in establishing the Dharma, wherein they are all standing as your rivals. So do not hesitate, raise your gandeev and start the fight. Those who fail to play their own role in their own path incur sin, and they become indebted to the creation. There is no other way but karma, oh! karma yogi.

Your karma should, supply food for the needy, in return of simple cost. It may serve the community by your conveyance, say the electronic toto car in return of proper basic charge. It can help supply medicines when you get to know the prescriptions of some sickly persons in return of little service charge, when they will be so benefited from the service. These are all benevolent karma, where profit making is ignored.

Autumn is very busy doing it's own job.

Such karma is supreme, also keeps you engaged, which is very necessary to take care of our body's sustenance. Even a person who has a bank balance of finances also requires to keep oneself engulfed in some activity, this prevents from tending towards devil's workshop. It is said that, “ Idle brain is devil's workshop.”

After retirement one should not link to routine hard work, but can choose to optional contribution like gardening here and there when he gets time, like teaching music to young youths often when he finds time, also like painting pictures and in turn trying to sell them for simple earnings. It is good, and yogic, at the same time knowledge giving.

However there are some class of people, who have no obligation to engage in worldly karma, they are always revelling in their own self, fully contented and happy, and always serving the world without any demand; they are the Jivan Mukta Sages. They have fully understood the truth, of the self, knowing the Brahmn, they continuously enlighten every other being, and thus reflect the light of egoless action in the nature. They put all others on top, by their help, and accept humility  as result of prasad of God. They are our motivators for us towards the path of yoga. Amen.
