Hey Bloggers! After  long back here I'm with interesting topic. Ok lets get into the topic.

You all may have heard about reflex actions happen to us, yes exactly yawning, sneezing, burping, hiccups these are all called reflex actions and it is nothing but involuntary, unprepared response to stimulus in our body.

This blog is particularly about yawning, and we will know the reason for yawning, mechanism(how it happens) and benefits too as mentioned in title.

Yawning is one of the reflex mechanism where we inhale oxygen with wide mouth open and immediately exhale excessive carbon dioxide by slowly closing mouth. While yawning eardrums were stretched and eyes were closed tightly. This process will happen for few seconds, sometimes it may be for short span and some other times it takes long seconds, all this depends on our body oxygen requirement.

A question will arise in our minds that normal breathing process also inhales oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide, then why we require to yawn. right?, yes here is the answer for that question. When we are bored or tired, we just don't breath as usually we do. Our body takes less oxygen because our breathing has slowed. Here yawning helps us to bring more oxygen into the blood and move excessive carbon dioxide out of the blood.

Benefits: Most probably we feel more relaxed after yawning, maintains oxygen level in blood, increase blood circulation, provides oxygen supply for brain also.

And finally one interesting fact about yawning is, we know it happens commonly when we feel tired or sleepy but here is another reason for yawning is, when we see someone else is yawning and when we see pictures of yawning. sounding funny right? just try this and comment down your experience below.

Babies inside a womb will also yawn!, obviously they should yawn more than us because no one is going to chat with them know they will get bored easily….I'm just kidding.

But yawning too much is also a problem for sometimes which means one who yawn too much may have facing some disorders that require medical treatment. That is mainly related to brain and heart problems, actually this is a rare case that is having yawning issue because yawning is almost a harmless action happens to us with a very good intention.

This is about yawning, if u find interesting to know about some more reflex actions keep follow my blog. Thank You.
